The SpectraAlyzer OLIVE and OLIVE Top Window (TW) are the most advanced olive oil analyzers available for testing the most common parameters required for olive oil extraction processes.

With the SpectraAlyzer OLIVE and SpectraAlyzer OLIVE TW, olives and olive products can be analyzed throughout the entire processing chain. The most important quality parameters in whole olives, olive paste, olive oil and olive press cakes as well as in soil samples and leaves can be determined within 45 seconds.

The SpectraAlyzer OLIVE offers a very simple and convenient way of presenting samples due to a large number of sample cups, especially designed for the respective product.

If an even faster sample presentation is required, this is made possible by the SpectraAlyzer OLIVE TW. All kinds of olive products can easily be placed on the top of the device in appropriate sample cups.

The NIR method of continuous reference/sample measurement developed by ZEUTEC (double beam system) combining transflectance, transmittance and reflectance measurements is the reason for high sensitivity and long term drift stability of the olive oil analyzer instrument.

This method provides reliable multi-component analysis results within seconds for all olive and olive products mentioned above. There is no need to manually condition the sample or use extra reagents. With the SpectraAlyzer OLIVE and OLIVE TW, the olives do not have to be dried or weighed before the analysis, which leads to a significant increase in the speed of the analysis.
