A compact, portable and cost-effective NearInfraRed (NIR) spectrometer
Making routine analysis mobile
Discover the Future of NIR Analysis with Our Advanced Instrument the SpectraAlyzer MIA
It is no longer necessary to supply a central laboratory with analytical samples, but
the instrument is used where it is needed: at the point of production for the analysis of
moisture, protein, fat/oil and other parameters in meat, olive, oil seeds, tobacco, coffee,
soil samples and much more.
Monochromator with unprecedented diffuse reflection optics, lamp module, electronics and detector assy
Crafted for precise quantitative agri, food and feed commodity analysis.
Broad wavelength spectrum from 1300 – 2450 nm ensures precise fat, sugar, acid and protein measurements and many more.
Compact, battery-powered design makes on-the-spot analysis possible, ideal for precision agriculture and commodities trading.
Mobile devices with SpectraAlyzer MIA app connect to instrument to enable AaaS (Analysis as a Service).
Cloud integration provides immediate geolocated evaluations and AaaS billing.

Versatile and Convenient Features
Effortlessly present and examine samples across 5-40°C with 80% non-condensing humidity. Operate on 100-240 V AC (50-60 Hz) or use a car adapter (12V) for flexible power options.
SpectraAlyzer CLOUD
Fuse the analytical and image data in the SpectraAlyzer CLOUD where you can monitor multiple instruments in your organisation and run comprehensive data analysis reports.
Explore cutting-edge grain analysis with our state-of-the-art SpectraAlyzer MIA. Uniting precision, efficiency, and innovation, it sets a new standard for performance and reliability.
How it works
The device first weighs the granular sample and then continuously feeds it through an observation plane. Two camera systems, synchronized with multispectral illumination, record high-resolution images and/or video streams of the sample. These cameras capture images from the top and bottom, covering over 320° of the sample’s particles on a glass turntable. The system incorporates top-tier imaging technology and rapid data processing capabilities, featuring custom optics, controlled illumination, high-resolution 3D camera imaging, and advanced AI algorithms for segmentation and classification.
The captured images and/or video streams undergo preprocessing for intensity and contrast before real-time segmentation for granular material analysis using AI algorithms. Segmented particles’ size and volume are determined and classified using pre-trained classifiers and AI models. The device achieves an analysis speed of over 1000 particles per 60 seconds on still images and a factor of five on video streams. Multispectral illumination enhances the visibility of granular material properties. Post-analysis, samples are continuously discharged, and analytical data are processed, stored, and visualized.
