SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI – The ultimate solution for morphological Grain and Oilseed analysis
Grain, Oilseed and Food bulk solids quality assessment with advanced AI analysis

Discover the future of grain/bulk solids analysis with our advanced AI-driven instrument the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI
Presenting a fast measuring device designed for the determination of size, volume and weight, combined with AI classification of granular materials. Leveraging the latest AI algorithms, our SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI offers advanced visual analysis software that sets a new standard in precision and efficiency of morphology analysis.
The main goal of developing the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI analyzer was to enhance the precision, speed and dependability of various food grain materials.
Supporting research, plant breeding, cultivation, harvesting, packaging, trading and other supply chains of rice, wheat, quinoa, seeds and any other type of food bulk solids. These efforts aim to enhance food product quality, improve storage conditions and promote fairer trade practices in agricultural operations.
The captured images and/or video streams undergo preprocessing before real-time segmentation for granular material analysis using AI algorithms. Segmented particles’ size and volume are determined and classified using pre-trained classifiers and AI models.
The device achieves an analysis speed of over 1000 particles per 60 s on still images and a factor of five on video streams.
Multispectral illumination enhances the visible appearance of special defects/properties of granular material. Post-analysis the sample batch is continuously discharged and the analytical data are processed, stored, and visualized.
ZEUTEC ensures that customers receive an easy-to-use analyser that provides absolute, accurate and reproducible results.
Experience the next level of grain analysis with our advanced AI-driven SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI. Precision, efficiency, and innovation deliver unmatched performance and reliability.

How it works
The device first weighs the granular sample and then continuously feeds it through an observation plane. Two camera systems, synchronized with multispectral illumination, record high-resolution images and/or video streams of the sample. These cameras capture images from the top and bottom, covering over > 340° of the sample’s particles on a glass turntable. The system incorporates top-tier imaging technology and rapid data processing capabilities, featuring custom optics, controlled illumination, high-resolution 3D camera imaging, and advanced AI algorithms for segmentation and classification.
The captured images and/or video streams undergo pre-processing for intensity and contrast before real-time segmentation for granular material analysis using AI algorithms. Segmented particles’ size and volume are determined and classified using pre-trained classifiers and AI models. The device achieves an analysis speed of over 1000 particles per 60 s on still images and a factor of five on video streams. Multispectral illumination enhances the visibility of granular material properties. Post-analysis, samples are continuously discharged, and analytical data are processed, stored, and visualized.
