Leveraging the latest AI algorithms, our SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI offers advanced visual analysis software that sets a new standard in precision and efficiency.

The main goal of developing the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN VISION AI analyzer globally is to enhance the precision, effectiveness, and dependability of analyzing various food grain materials. This supports industries engaged in researching, cultivating, harvesting, quality-assuring, packaging, trading and delivering rice, wheat, quinoa, seeds, or any other type of grains. These efforts aim to enhance food product quality, improve storage conditions and promote fairer trade practices in agricultural operations.

The captured images and/or video streams undergo preprocessing for intensity and contrast before real-time segmentation for granular material analysis using AI algorithms. Segmented particles’ size and volume are determined and classified using pre-trained classifiers and AI models. The device achieves an analysis speed of over 1000 particles per 60 seconds on still images and a factor of five on video streams.

Multispectral illumination enhances the visibility of granular material properties. Post-analysis, samples are continuously discharged, and analytical data are processed, stored, and visualized.
