ALL IN ONE
The SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO analysis solution presents analysis results of all major quality parameters in grains and oilseeds within 45-90 seconds, depending on the number of subsamples selected. No milling or other sample presentation is required at all. The determination of hectoliter weight can also be performed with the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO.

Accurate
Quality parameters such as protein, moisture, oil, ash, hardness, fiber, starch, test weight and water absorption can be analyzed simultaneously with results very close to wet chemical methods. The instrument is supplied with standard calibration models pre-installed.

MODULAR
The SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO can also perform an analysis of flour using a flour cuvette. All important flour parameters can be measured. Each SpectraAlyzer GRAIN can be equipped with a load cell to determine the volume-to-weight ratio (hectoliter weight) of the sample.

.The SpectraAlyzer GRAIN can achieve a throughput of up to 700 samples in 24 hours. Multiple components can be analyzed in less than one minute in one run.

The SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO is an all-in-one instrument where connected intelligent accessories are controlled by the integrated instrument processor. Analytical performance is independent of sample temperature, allowing samples to be analyzed as it is.

Easy sample handling
The sample is filled from the top directly into the measuring cell of the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN NEO and automatically conveyed. After the measurement, the sample is automatically discharged into a collection container without having been changed by the analysis.
