Wine makers analyzer of choice, smart, user friendly technology that will give you quality results time and time again.
REASON
WHY
6
1
ALL IN ONE
The SpectraAlyzer WINE analytical solution presents the analytical results of all major quality parameters in Wine, Wine in fermentation, Sparkling Wine within 45 seconds and is easy to use.
2
ACCURATE
The true multi-component analysis determines alcohol, density, tot. sugars, tot. acidity, pH, organic acids concentration and optical density all at once with correlations very close to manual methods. Pre-calibrated and adjustable with available standards – TITRIVIN.
3
MODULAR
The modular design of the SpectraAlyzer WINE system adapts to all enterprise sizes: from artisanal winemaking, wine laboratories to industrial type operations. From simple one sample application with a syringe to 90 -100 samples/hour with a robotic XYZ sampler.
4
FAST
The SpectraAlyzer WINE sample throughput can be scaled from 10 to 1000 analysis/24 h with minimal cost of ownership with additional savings in time, manpower and lab resources.
5
SMART
The SpectraAlyzer WINE is an all-in-one instrument, where connected intelligent accessories are controlled with the integrated instruments processor. Its thermostated liquid cell with air re-cooling insures the analytical performance independently of the sample temperature, so that even warm process samples can be analysed as is.
6
CONNECTED
The SpectraAlyzer WINE saves all data on an integrated SQL database. Connected to the companies LAN or the internet the integrated web server enables the data access and instrument control from virtually everywhere – anytime. Fit for LIMS, IoT and Industry 4.0!
Before harvesting: determine the important parameters to choose the optimal harvesting moment. °Brix, Density, pH, tot. Acidity, vol. Acidity and others.
