The SpectraAlyzer FLEX analytical solution presents the analytical results of all major quality parameters in finished FEED as well as FEED ingredients within 45 seconds and is easy to use. Thus, complete FEED production process can be monitored with SpectraAlyzer FLEX.

Multiple components – moisture, fat, ash, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, calorific value can be analyzed at once with results very close to wet chemistry methods. Instrument comes with pre-installed calibrations which can be fine tuned with our software package.

The SpectraAlyzer FLEX presents analysis of granular products, pellets, powders as well as forage by changing measurement accessories. For instance, powders are analyzed in closed cup while forages are analyzed in rotating cup.

The SpectraAlyzer FLEX can achieve throughput of upto 600 samples in 24 hrs. Multiple components can be analyzed in less than a minute in a single run including sample presentation.

The SpectraAlyzer FLEX is an all-in-one instrument where connected intelligent accessories are controlled with the integrated instruments processor. The analytical performance is independent of the sample temperature, so samples can be analyzed as is.
