The SpectraAlyzer FOOD analytical solution presents the analytical results of all major quality parameters in finished food products as well as the raw material within 45 seconds and is easy to use. Thus, complete FOOD production process can be monitored with SpectraAlyzer FOOD.

Multiple components – moisture, fat, ash, protein, starch, sugars, acidity and many more can be analyzed at once with results very close to wet chemistry methods. Instrument comes with pre-installed calibrations which can be fine tuned with our software package.
