In modern sugar production facilities, reliable and accurate analytical methods are essential to consistently deliver products of the highest quality. To remain competitive in the global market, producers must achieve consistent yields, superior product quality, and optimized production costs.
Designed as a modular system, the SpectraAlyzer SUGAR provides quantitative analytical results for major quality parameters — including dry matter, sucrose content, purity, ash content, and glucose/fructose levels — within 45 seconds. No manual sample conditioning is required, and no additional reagents are needed, enabling highly accurate quality control without extra operating costs
During sugar production, samples must be analyzed at different stages of the process, often involving various physical states such as liquids, viscous materials, and granules. To accommodate these requirements, the SpectraAlyzer SUGAR offers two different drawer configurations. The liquid drawer allows samples to be pumped directly into the measuring cell for fast and convenient analysis, while the standard drawer supports a wide range of sample cups specifically designed for different sample types. ZEUTEC can assist in selecting the most suitable sample cups for your products and applications.
As a standalone system, the SpectraAlyzer SUGAR is designed for easy and intuitive operation, enabling efficient analysis even directly near the production line. Its rugged construction and unique optical sample/reference setup ensure reliable performance in environments with temperature fluctuations, vibration, and dust.
The SpectraAlyzer SUGAR analyzer comes with numerous ready-to-use calibration models and a powerful software package that supports calibration fine-tuning, automated data logging, and comprehensive database storage of analytical results. Data can be stored directly on the analyzer, within the company intranet, or via internet-based systems.
