Analysis within seconds

The SpectraAlyzer Meat from Zeutec provides multi-component analysis of parameters such as water, fat, protein, BEFFE and ash content within seconds – without sample preparation and without the use of reagents or other consumables. The measuring instrument, which has been validated for routine use, enables intensive process optimisation from a technological and economic point of view for raw meat, raw or cooked sausage and ham products. In addition, it can be used to determine the nutritional value within the scope of the declaration obligation. The analytical instrument is equally suitable for use in the laboratory and in production, whereby temperature fluctuations, humidity, dust and vibrations that occur there have no influence on the accuracy and long-term stability of the measurements. An integrated web server makes the analysis values, batch protocols and trend charts immediately available in the company’s own network.
