The SpectraAlyzer WINE is an ideal instrument for wine quality control, providing a reliable solution for routine analysis of key quality parameters throughout wine production.

In modern wine production, reliable and accurate analytical solutions are essential to consistently deliver products of the highest quality. To remain competitive in the global market, producers must achieve consistent yields, superior product quality, and optimized production costs.

Designed as a modular system, the SpectraAlyzer WINE delivers analytical results for major quality parameters within 45 seconds. Parameters include alcohol content, density, total sugars, total acidity, pH value, organic acids, optical density, and many others. The analyzer can also precisely measure high-alcohol spirits (e.g., up to 70% vol), sugar-containing samples, and Must samples from wine production.

No manual sample conditioning is required, and no additional reagents are needed, enabling highly accurate quality control without extra operating costs.

As a standalone system, the SpectraAlyzer WINE is designed for easy and intuitive operation, allowing efficient quality control even directly near the production line. Its rugged construction and unique optical sample/reference setup ensure reliable performance in environments with temperature fluctuations, vibration, and dust.

For increased analytical throughput, two types of autosamplers are available, enabling full system integration into LIMS or other data networks. Immediate company-wide data visualization is possible via the integrated web server, providing real-time access to both current and historical analytical data.
